Tired of thorns ripping through your clothes and poking through your gloves as you harvest sweet blackberries in summer?  This cultivar released from the University of Arkansas yields large, sweet blackberries from upright canes with no thorns at all.  Hooray!  On the other hand, I think the berries lack the tangy citrus flavor that make sweet and thorny blackberries so yummy.  This variety grows pretty quickly, so plant it on the edge of the garden or train it along a fence.
